The Gender Transformative ECCD Project was one of multiple programs that were prioritized by Plan International during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program was an existing program, aimed towards supporting families and children aged from birth to eight years, that was established in 2019 and subsequently modified in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns and physical restrictions.
