The International Leadership Research Forum in Early Childhood Education (ILRF–EC) is a global platform that brings together early childhood leaders, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to reflect, exchange, and innovate around the future of early childhood education (ECE) leadership.

ILRF–EC 2026 invites participants from around the world to collaborate, reimagine, and co-lead the changes needed in a world shaped by shifting global challenges, technological disruptions, and growing diversity. 

This forum is hosted by the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and offers a springboard into PECERA 2026, which follows immediately after.
