This learning brief summarizes ARNEC's role in fostering collaboration, learning, capacity building, resource mobilization and technical exchange in the ECD community through the formation of learning group. It presented highlights and learning from the group and suggested ways forward for stronger advocacy on multi-sectoral approaches to ECD.
