Priority areas for policy consideration and development to support Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Nurturing Care (NC) in times of persistent and profound disruption to children’s lives are identified based on ARNEC’s documentation of good ECD practices and innovations in the context of COVID-19 in the Asia-Pacific Region.
