The iMulat app was developed in 2018 as supplementary support to multiple existing programs delivered by Save the Children Philippines that aim to support positive and responsive parenting, familial wellbeing, and parental engagement in children’s learning and development. iMulat was developed for parents of children aged from birth to 6 years, with content specific to each developmental stage. The app was adapted and scaled to fit the changing circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, including closures of early childhood education settings across the Philippines.
