UNICEF EAPRO's Over the Tipping Point is a report detailing the negative impacts of overlapping climate and environmental shocks and stresses on young children in the East Asia and Pacific. To combat these impacts, the report recommends working on providing children with access to key services, child protection and social systems as well as to establish disaster preparedness systems.
